Mermaid Full Body Flow
A fun medium intensity flow with a lot of movement with equal parts of stillness! We connect all of the sequences with mermaid, it is a dynamic side plank. Emotional Release
There is so much power in feeling lighter and letting go that what no longer serves you, this practice is about tapping into that power. TRANSITIONS
This 30 minutes moderate intensity continuous flow practice invites you to make peace with transitions. It is not just about getting there, we are where we are suppose to be! We move through lunges, humble warrior, with some core work and heart opening poses. The mantra for this class is "I am patient" Enjoy and experience the power of the process!
EMBODIMENT
A 60 minute practice of connecting to your body's wisdom. This class we give extra emphasis on what it means to be in your body. Expect a class to deeply connect, to feel rooted and challenged with a fun and creative flow. Drop out of your head and into your body, enjoy this practice. Equipment: Yoga Block
GENTLE SEATED YOGA
This 35 minutes seated practice allows you to connect with your body and yourself with some gentle energy, it is great way when you do not want to put any weight on the arms or legs but still need to move and want to create space of stillness and serenity.
